Let's face it-- it's hard to get back into the swing of things in January. Almost two weeks in and some of the best of intentions seem to have fallen by the wayside. You're tired, stressed, running on coffee and grabbing whatever is handy to eat. As for those planned daily Crossfit workouts? It hasn't happened once.

With an overflowing inbox and task list, it can seem impossible to find time to exercise regularly, eat healthily and get more sleep. However, small changes can make a big difference and these apps deliver quick and easy solutions. Good luck!

1  De-Stress And Sleep Better.

Spending hours meditating isn't realistic amidst a busy founder's schedule, but in as little as two minutes you can make a dent in your stress levels. The Calm app has over 25 soothing calming sounds, picturesque backdrops and relaxation routines which can help you to relax and find your inner peace (at least until your next Board meeting).

2: Eat Well.

Your energy levels are directly related to what you are eating. However, finding the time to grab lunch, let alone also finding something healthy is a challenge.  Luckily Sprig  is on top of getting you a healthy organic meal into your hands within fifteen minutes of ordering.

3 Get Moving.

Clocking in an hour at the gym isn't always realistic or even necessary. Research has shown that short, sharp bursts of activity can be just as effective. Chris Jordan, Director of Exercise Physiology at the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute designed the free Johnson & Johnson 7 minute workout  with this goal. It's a series of carefully selected exercises designed to help you function at peak energy levels all day long.

4 Unwind.

Tight and tense shoulders are a common complaint among startup founders after spending hours hunched over a laptop or computer. Bring the spa to your home with Zeal, an on demand massage service. Choose the type of massage you want-- from Swedish, deep tissue, sports and more-- then choose the gender of your therapist and time period and boom-- instant release. Think of it like "Uber for massage."

5 Tidy Up.

Very few people enjoy doing laundry. Rinse is a door-to-door laundry and dry cleaning service that can free up hours per week from this dull task  Whilst technically not an essential component of work/life balance, anything that frees up a little time for any of the above or grabbing a drink with friends you haven't seen in forever is a winner in my book.

Sleeping and eating better, finding time to relax and exercise more should have you ploughing through your workload like a boss!
